Melissa oversees all operations at PVH, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care during treatment and recovery. She has a special interest in anaesthesia and patient monitoring. With more than a decade of experience in veterinary nursing, Melissa is dedicated to supporting both the veterinary team and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys running, gardening, and looking after her two cats.
